About The Position
Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a private duty nursing opportunity in Wickenburg, Arizona. This role offers consistent weekday hours, providing personalized, one-on-one care to a patient in their home. New graduates are welcome and will receive paid training.
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass required background and credentialing requirements
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Private duty or pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care based on the patient’s individualized plan of care
- Monitor the patient’s condition and report changes as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with the patient’s family and clinical care team
- Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable one-on-one care
