About The Position

These cases offer opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment, with flexible scheduling options including consistent weekday hours or a weekend-only schedule. Requirements

• Current Arizona RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to meet required background and credentialing requirements
• Dependable and committed to providing quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Private duty or pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home
• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes appropriately
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with the patient's family and clinical care team
• Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable nursing care
