About The Position

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is hiring compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple private duty nursing cases throughout Scottsdale, Arizona. With a variety of shifts available, this is a great opportunity whether you're looking for a consistent schedule, additional hours, weekend work, or night shifts. Private duty nursing allows you to focus on one patient at a time rather than managing multiple patients during a shift. You'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your patient and family while providing personalized care in the comfort of their home.

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to meet required background and credentialing requirements
• Dependable and committed to providing quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Private duty or pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home
• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes appropriately
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with families and the clinical care team
• Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable nursing care
