About The Position

Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN for a full-time overnight pediatric case in Peoria. This opportunity offers the chance to provide skilled 1:1 nursing care for a child in their home, focusing attention on one patient throughout the shift. Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Interest in working one-on-one with a pediatric patient

Nice To Haves

• Previous private duty or pediatric nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team
• Complete required nursing documentation
