About The Position
The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse works within the organization’s policies and procedures, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, maintains standards of practice, and coordinates assigned staff’s patient-care activities to provide quality nursing care. The position is located at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Hospital nursing experience preferred.
- For PRN positions, one year in a hospital setting preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
