About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN for an inpatient rehabilitation position in Ottumwa, Iowa. The position is scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also provide the listed clinical and health-related documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
