About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized inpatient medical-surgical nursing care. The RN uses the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes and planning, implementation, and evaluation—to care for patients. The position offers opportunities for both newly graduated and experienced RNs to work independently and collaboratively with motivated professionals, with ongoing learning and support. Sanford provides a Nurse Residency Program, robust onboarding and training, and education that integrates evidence-based practices. The team also invests in technology to support efficient care and new care models.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including programs accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practicing, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
