The role offers newly graduated and experienced RNs the opportunity to work independently and with a team of motivated professionals, with ongoing collaboration and learning. Nurses provide high-quality care to patients and families and are expected to be adaptable, compassionate, hardworking, effective communicators, detail-oriented, organized, and critical thinkers. Sanford's education team develops curricula integrating evidence-based practices and partners across the organization to equip RNs with skills and tools for career development. Available support includes a Nurse Residency Program, robust onboarding and training for continued growth and development, investment in technology to support efficiencies and new care models, and a team-focused employee experience.
