About The Position

This individual is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. The role also performs diagnostic tests and patient education in the clinic. The RN maintains equipment and serves as a liaison between the physician and outside agencies—including hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other physicians’ offices—as well as with patients. The position supports other medical staff as necessary to maintain patient flow.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing: an Arkansas license or a multi-state license that includes Arkansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Chemo certification required within six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab.

• Previous clinical experience preferred.
