About The Position
The Staff RN provides nursing care to patients across the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse works within the organization’s policies and procedures, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, maintains standards of practice, and coordinates assigned staff’s patient-care activities to support quality nursing care. The role is based in the ICU at Piedmont Fayette Hospital and is scheduled for weekend night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Piedmont describes a collaborative work environment with state-of-the-art technology and resources supporting patient care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for experienced candidates.
Requirements
- Graduation from a nursing program.
- Current Georgia registered nurse license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Previous critical care experience.
