About The Position

The RN House Supervisor supervises healthcare professionals and ensures high levels of patient care. The role maintains a safe environment and supports nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. It oversees operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities. The supervisor works across professional fields to coordinate patient care, evaluates nursing practices, incorporates evidence-based practices and research, fosters a caring environment, and encourages staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Major in Nursing.
• Two years of experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license/registration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Solid understanding of nursing standards and patient care procedures.
• Strong communication skills and expertise in creating and assessing patient care plans.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and medical and office software applications.

• Work with professionals from different fields to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assess the effectiveness of nursing practices and incorporate evidence-based practices and research findings.
• Foster a caring environment that promotes positive outcomes.
• Encourage staff development and provide growth opportunities.
