About The Position
The RN Hospital Float works across different hospitals in Munson Healthcare, gaining experience in a range of acute-care specialty areas while delivering patient care in positive, supportive, and compassionate environments. The position offers flexibility to choose a schedule, with 24 hours of availability required every two weeks. Nurses are valued as clinical experts, care partners, mentors, educators, and patient advocates. Professional nursing practice is emphasized, and nurses participate in clinical decision-making and efforts to improve their work life and the quality of care. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Two years of recent and consecutive experience in an acute-care specialty area.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Provide 24 hours of availability every two weeks.
