About The Position
Heritage is hiring part-time Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses build long-term relationships with patients and families, support families in caring for children at home, and provide patient-centered care. Heritage offers specialized hands-on training for nurses, including new graduates, to help them develop the clinical skills and confidence needed to tailor care to each patient's needs.
Requirements
- Current and active RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
