About The Position
Heritage is hiring part-time registered nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses build long-term relationships with patients and families, serve as trusted partners in each patient’s care, and help children remain at home in a familiar environment. Heritage provides specialized, hands-on training to support nurses in developing the clinical confidence and skills needed to tailor care to each patient. The role may suit new graduates as well as experienced nurses.
Requirements
- Current and active RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
