RN - Home Health - Part Time
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health performs patient visits and coordinates client care. The RN serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care and oversees visit frequency during the episode of care. The nurse consults with physicians and the office as needed and provides details about patient care. Key aspects of the position include accurate OASIS collection, maintaining current medication profiles, ensuring laboratory values are reported to physicians in a timely manner, attending weekly case conferences, and participating in monthly case manager meetings. This is a part-time salaried position working 24 hours per week over four days, and it is eligible for the 60% paid days off program.
Requirements
- Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
