About The Position

Overlake is seeking a dedicated cardiac team member for its Inpatient Surgery department. The award-winning department has 17 operating room suites and handles Open Heart, Cardiothoracic, Neuro, Orthopedic, Total Joint, and General cases. Overlake's cardiovascular program includes two dedicated cardiothoracic surgeons who perform Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), minimally invasive aortic and mitral valve surgeries, beating-heart bypass surgery, and repair of aortic dissections and aneurysms. The role requires outstanding clinical skills and cardiac experience, along with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide excellent, efficient, compassionate care. This is a full-time, day-shift position, scheduled for 80 hours per biweekly pay period. The posted hourly pay range is $50.72–$90.17. Qualified new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current Washington state RN license.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• At least one year of operating room experience.
• CVOR experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
