About The Position

Overlake is seeking a dedicated cardiac team member with strong clinical skills and cardiac experience who can multitask, stay organized, and provide excellent, efficient, compassionate care. The role is in Inpatient Surgery, an award-winning 17-suite operating room serving open heart, cardiothoracic, neuro, orthopedic, total joint, and general surgery cases. Overlake’s cardiovascular program includes two dedicated cardiothoracic surgeons who perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), minimally invasive aortic and mitral valve surgeries, beating-heart bypass surgery, and repair of aortic dissections and aneurysms. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position working 80 hours per biweekly pay period on the day shift. Qualified new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. The posted hourly pay range is $50.72–$90.17.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• At least one year of operating room experience.
• CVOR experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
