About The Position

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight and supervise an Intensive Support Coordination (ISC) team in region 4 of Georgia. The supervisor oversees staffing, finances, compliance, customer service, and the goals and needs of the people served. The role is hybrid, with some opportunity to work from home and travel in the community for home visits, monthly joint visits, and caseload coverage when there is a team vacancy. Travel may be up to 75%.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 3 years of experience providing home- and community-based case management services for individuals with disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Valid driver's license.
• Maintain auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intensive support coordinators.
• Provide ongoing consultation through joint visits, assess risk and unmet needs, and collaborate to identify and secure resources.
• Hold weekly supervisory sessions with each intensive support coordinator to review caseloads and the risk of each person served.
• Review at least 25% of caseloads quarterly to determine whether protocols are being followed.
• Provide case management when staffing levels or consumer needs are not being met.
• Hire, train, manage, develop, and coach staff to maximize performance and outcomes.
• Establish staffing levels and monitor caseloads to maximize performance and financial resources.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, state officials, and team members.
• Establish and monitor quality outcomes for consumers and the department.
• Ensure case records, plans, and related documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate meetings with individuals, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members as required.
• Record work and billing time in accordance with company policies.
• Travel for home visits, monthly joint visits, and caseload coverage as needed.
