About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking a dependable, qualified Registered Nurse to help lead a team providing home care and home health services to clients in the local community. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support to clinical personnel serving clients at home. The role coordinates and oversees direct and indirect patient services and helps clinical personnel assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families or caregivers. The position is also responsible for helping ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse to practice professional nursing in the state.
• Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
• Supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Assist clinical personnel with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family or caregiver care, as indicated.
• Help assure the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
