RN Clinic Supervisor- Janesville & Stoughton
About The Position
The RN Clinic Supervisor assists the RN Clinic Manager with leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. The role coordinates, assigns, and guides RN staff work activities; supervises clinical teams; and promotes continuing education and evidence-based practice. The supervisor executes nursing interventions in collaboration with the interprofessional team, incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes. The position works at both the Janesville Clinic (Family Medicine) and the Stoughton Clinic (General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics). The schedule is 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on departmental operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Two years of RN experience.
- RN license in the state where employed.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

- Applicable clinical certification.
