About The Position

The Clinic Coordinator works under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager to support the daily operations of the Family Medicine, Mental Health and Specialty Clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of clinical practices and electronic medical records. This is an Non-Exempt, full time, year-round position.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Utah.
• Demonstrated teaching and leadership skills
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem solve
• Comfortable with computers and basic word processing, data entry and electronic medical records
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced work environment
• Able to lift/move up to 20 lbs. without assistance and lift/move weights beyond 20 lbs. with assistance
• Reliable and timely with work schedule

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, preferred
• Two years of experience as an RN in an outpatient setting, preferred

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager to support the daily operations of the clinics
• Assists in orienting, training, and mentoring new clinic personnel
• Fosters professional development by providing clinic staff with constructive performance feedback, education, and coaching
• Participates in and supports clinical quality improvement projects
• Fill in for staffing needs and other duties as assigned by the Clinic Nurse Manager
