About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Case Manager in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires submission of a current resume, clinical references, and specified health and screening documentation. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
