About The Position
This role focuses on providing comprehensive case management services within a Wound Care Center. Key areas of responsibility include advocacy, education, data management, clinical care coordination, resource management, psychosocial support, transition planning, quality improvement, and utilization management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required
- 3 years of acute RN experience required
- Valid OK State RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
