Indian River Hospital provides wound care management to patients suffering from both acute and chronic wounds such as diabetic ulcers, burns, and necrotizing infections. Our multidisciplinary team provides a wide range of services and has access to advanced wound healing technology. By joining the wound care team as an RN, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey and assist patients with healing their wounds. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including furthering your education, committee participation and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
