About The Position
Assisted is hiring a full-time or per diem RN Case Manager to cover North County for its Santa Barbara branch, including Lompoc, San Ynez, Los Olivos, and nearby areas. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work close to home. The RN completes comprehensive patient assessments, provides specialized nursing services and treatments, initiates preventative and rehabilitative procedures, and counsels and instructs patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, active license with the California Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Health clearance.
- TB clearance.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs.
- Provide services and treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Counsel, support, and instruct patients, families, and caregivers in meeting nursing and related needs.
