About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule chosen to fit the nurse’s availability. The office provides paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and nurse appreciation events. BAYADA describes its care approach as compassionate, excellent, and reliable.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a chosen schedule and client match.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
