About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Meadville Office is seeking a registered nurse with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Nursing team. Nurses provide compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to clients and their families in clients’ homes. The role offers one-to-one client care, flexible scheduling, and paid orientation that includes virtual and hands-on training. Nurses may care for clients of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels, with paid training available to help them feel prepared for their first shift.

Schedules may include morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. The company describes onboarding that introduces new nurses to the Clinical Manager, Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a chosen schedule.
• Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
