1:1 Nurse (RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses with a passion for home care to provide compassionate, high-quality, reliable private-duty care. Nurses care for one client at a time, build relationships with clients, and support them as they reach milestones. Pediatric opportunities are available for clients age 21 and younger. The role offers traditional shift lengths of 4, 8, or 10 hours, with the listed openings offering 8- or 10-hour shifts. Morning and overnight shifts are available, as well as PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules. Scheduling is flexible based on availability, and there are no weekend or minimum requirements. New hires receive a Welcome Day Experience to help them feel comfortable and supported.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one private-duty nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Build relationships with clients and support them as they reach milestones.
