About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in the Columbia Skilled Office. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule selected to suit the nurse and matched with a client. BAYADA offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing nurse appreciation events. Nurses may work days, afternoons, evenings, or nights, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour, and the employer describes itself as a non-profit serving the community.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, matched with a client.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
