About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Raw Material Management Supervisor who is bilingual in Korean and English to oversee daily operations of raw material receiving, handling, and storage. This role involves ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and traceability, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with the logistics and production planning teams. The supervisor will also be responsible for quality control, inventory management using WMS systems, and implementing FIFO/FEFO practices. Additionally, the role includes leading and training warehouse staff, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental standards, and promoting good housekeeping practices.

Requirements

Bilingual: Korean and English
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and material handling.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) preferred.
Experience in raw material supervision or warehouse management is a plus.
5S implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of raw material receiving, handling, and storage.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of all raw materials.
Monitor raw material levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the logistics team.
Verify material availability and prepare daily/weekly reports for production planning.
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) on sampling, testing, and approval processes.
Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming or expired materials.
Maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce waste and ensure material freshness/quality.
Supervise and train warehouse/raw material handling staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance, safety, and compliance.
Ensure raw material storage areas comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Enforce proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices.
Oversee warehouse housekeeping and organization (5S implementation is a plus).
