About The Position

The Risk Management & Compliance Coordinator role is a full-time, day shift position focused on ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance standards within the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices, as well as the ability to analyze data, manage projects, and collaborate with diverse teams. Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare or legal program.
  • At least 2 years of risk management, compliance, quality/performance improvement or coding and billing experience.
  • Training and experience in risk management, compliance, quality/performance improvement or coding and billing.
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of Risk Management and Compliance.
  • Working knowledge of current policies/procedures and laws/regulations which relate to various aspects of care and services rendered.
  • Professional knowledge of data collection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
