About The Position

Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program. The role reports and assesses risks using tools and direction provided by management, and develops and analyzes reports throughout the organization. This position is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and manage implementation of the organization's risk management process, including complex risk assessments that analyze risks and identify, describe, and estimate risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives.
Assist in oversight of the risk management program, ensure compliance with risk management policies, and facilitate ongoing independent risk assessments as needed.
Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
Assist in developing and enhancing risk management policies and procedures as required.
Monitor, review, and develop risk reports appropriate for different audiences.
Perform problem management, resolve issues, and escalate them as necessary.
Act as a subject matter expert in a designated Risk discipline.
Perform other duties as assigned.
