About The Position

Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to perform RGM analytics across pricing, price pack architecture (PPA), assortment, promotion, and trade. This role will deliver insights to drive both short-term and long-term RGM initiatives and strategy-setting. GPN is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glanbia, with a brand portfolio including Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, Think!, and Amazing Grass, manufacturing and marketing a wide range of performance nutrition and lifestyle products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her.
  • Ability to actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance).
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses.
  • Ability to determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results).

Responsibilities

  • Lead core pricing (e.g., brand ladders, pack price curves), assortment, and promotional analytics for key accounts and across channel archetypes.
  • Provide fact base to assist in determining pricing guidelines on brand/pack/channel level.
  • Build and update price pack architecture (PPA) strategy and guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends and create associated reports for key brands and pack sizes.
  • Analyze product volume, margin, and competitive prices to provide recommendations.
  • Monitor and provide a consolidated view of competitor activities.
  • Run analytics to measure trade spend efficiency (e.g., incremental margin or growth per dollar invested in a given account) and make recommended changes.
  • Assess non-working trade spend for opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Monitor execution of pricing, PPA, assortment, promotion, and trade initiatives (e.g., create summary reports & score cards), while participating in regular reviews (month-end, planning sessions, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop customer sell-in stories when needed.
  • Create training materials, reference documents, and best practice guidelines to continuously educate cross-functional business partners.
  • Further integrate the RGM function across the organization through leading educational sessions, sharing best practices, and establishing reference materials.
