$70,000 - $90,000Remote

About The Position

SchooLinks is seeking an RFP Coordinator/Manager to own the end-to-end RFP process. This role is crucial as RFPs are often the first and most consequential impression for formal procurement processes. The manager will decide which opportunities to pursue, manage proposal submissions to be on-time and high-quality, and maintain the proposal content library. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on deadlines, moves fast, and is detail-oriented. The position requires collaboration across sales, leadership, and finance, with the manager being the single point of accountability for all proposals. Success will be measured by win rate and on-time submission rate.

  • Complete required forms and attachments, directly or by pulling answers from the right people.
  • Own communication with procurement throughout the process, submitting questions, tracking addenda, and chasing outstanding answers.
