About The Position

MartinFed is seeking a highly skilled RF and Wireless Engineer to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise wireless infrastructure projects in a government environment. The role provides high-level consulting, strategic technical advising, and stakeholder support for diverse wireless technologies and critical infrastructure environments. The engineer advises on wireless enclave and communications-system architecture, offers recommendations on wireless design and spectrum management, interprets wireless surveys and heatmaps, consults on interference analysis, and provides troubleshooting guidance. The role also supports executive briefings and technical demonstrations, collaborates with cross-functional teams on deployments and technology decisions, and assists with architecture design, feasibility studies, and cost analysis. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to achieve SCI. MartinFed describes an inside-office environment with extended computer use and potentially long periods sitting at a desk. The work is fast-paced and may involve extreme deadline pressures. Employment is contingent on passing a background check before the start date; employees are subject to random drug screenings.
