About The Position

RevPartners is seeking a RevOps Strategist to join their RevOps Delivery Team. The role involves coordinating with partners to develop revenue strategy through go-to-market segmentation and operational improvements, and then delivering on that strategy. The company's mission is to engineer revenue outcomes for GTM leaders on HubSpot, with a vision to unlock human flourishing. RevPartners was founded on principles of excellence and caring for people.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
  • Ability to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Ability to map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays.
  • Ability to take a complex problem, break it down into smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution.
  • Ability to define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies.
  • Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and lead operational improvements to help partners optimize go-to-market segmentation, operations, and business initiatives for growth.
  • Analyze data and map partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to create a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
  • Lead partners in developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies with excellent project management and timely execution.
  • Drive organizational change management by engaging with senior stakeholders and owning delivery on key projects.
