Remote Revit Architectural Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with a strong background in BIM architecture and extensive experience catering to the US Market. Your in-depth knowledge of US building systems, local codes, and working culture will be vital in delivering outstanding projects for our clients.
Requirements
- Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation.
- 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
- Knowledge of US building codes.
- Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
- Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and great communication skills.
- Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
- Candidates must live in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
- Handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with US architects and consultants.
