Under the general guidance of the Area Director of Revenue, the position is responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through effective pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. The individual will analyze market trends, manage distribution channels, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal positioning and profitability. This role plays a key part in driving revenue and reservations performance while upholding the brand standards and luxury positioning. The role will have direct oversight of in-house reservations team and ensuring call center standards of service, including, but not limited to, reservation quality assurance, call standards review, and training, including implementation and meeting Forbes 5 Star standards in line with the Delano brand expectations.
