Requirements

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience within revenue, distribution, front desk and/or reservations required.

Responsibilities

  • Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for supporting revenue strategy and reservations departments with administration of rate code builds, deploying ARI updates, generating reports, quality assurance of reservation setup, processing reservation requests, communicating with operations departments to prepare for guest requests, supporting group reservations as needed, coordinating updates with corporate distribution and contact center, and supporting revenue strategy department with special projects.
