This role involves developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue. The manager will oversee the reservations department, analyze demand patterns, manage distribution channels, monitor competitor activity, prepare forecasts and reports, and supervise the reservations team. Accuracy of rates, availability, and inventory across various systems is crucial, as is handling group, corporate, and contracted business. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations is key to aligning commercial strategies. The role also includes managing guest booking inquiries escalations and resolving discrepancies.
