Revenue Operations, Enterprise

Eve•San Francisco, CA
•$130,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Eve is hiring a senior individual contributor to own both the strategy and operations of its Enterprise revenue engine. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role partners with Enterprise sales leadership to determine where the business should focus and how it can win, while building the operating systems and processes that make strategy executable, measurable, and repeatable. The role has no direct reports and is based in San Francisco in a hybrid work arrangement. The position owns the Enterprise RevOps stack, forecasting cadence, playbooks, and processes, as well as the analytical foundation for growth, including segment and account prioritization, coverage and territory design, and funnel diagnostics. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading a pipeline review and developing a segmentation model. They will help Eve scale its Enterprise motion by improving forecast reliability, diagnosing revenue process gaps, translating strategy into system workflows, and aligning cross-functional teams across the revenue lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, or an equivalent function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leaders; Enterprise or complex sales experience with longer cycles and multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Ability to turn informal, tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable processes and enforce data standards that create a trusted source of truth across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Experience designing and running a rigorous operating cadence, including forecast calls, business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, validate them with data, and recommend actions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to explain rationale, surface tradeoffs, and drive alignment with senior Sales, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in management consulting, finance, or another structured analytical function.
  • Experience at a company growing at least 2x annually and adapting its operating model rapidly.
  • End-to-end ownership of process or system rollouts, from initial design through adoption.
  • Use of AI tools for analysis, drafting, automations, or agentic workflows, with a perspective on AI's impact on RevOps and forecasting.
  • Experience with Enterprise sales motions involving large, multi-threaded deals and longer cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership on strategic initiatives and new approaches, and own the segment's operating cadence, pipeline generation strategy, coverage and capacity planning, systems, and reporting.
  • Own the Enterprise forecast process, including weekly roll-ups, commit and best-case standards, deal-level inspection, forecast narratives, accuracy tracking, and continuous improvement of forecasting methods.
  • Diagnose Enterprise revenue process gaps such as stalled deals, slow handoffs, cycle slippage, single-threaded opportunities, hygiene issues, and missed activities; prioritize improvements by revenue impact, implement fixes, and measure adoption and outcomes.
  • Maintain day-to-day operational health of the Enterprise pipeline, including stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene standards, inspection cadence support, and deal review preparation.
  • Translate GTM strategy into system workflows, automations, fields, properties, and reporting that make processes executable.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and segment performance discussions; analyze pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win rates, and sales-cycle trends.
  • Own and maintain the Enterprise sales playbook, keeping documentation and systems aligned as processes change and partnering with Enablement on rollouts.
  • Lead end-to-end rollouts of new processes, tools, and GTM motions, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk.
  • Design and run business operating rhythms such as weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Develop and iterate approaches for territory, quota, capacity, and compensation models that scale, and align Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on lifecycle definitions and handoffs.
