Revenue Operations, Enterprise

Eve•San Francisco, CA
•$130,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Eve is hiring a senior individual contributor to own both the strategy and operating system for its Enterprise revenue engine. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role partners with Enterprise sales leaders to determine where the company should focus and how it can win, while making that strategy measurable, repeatable, and executable. The position has no direct reports. The role owns Enterprise forecasting, pipeline operations, revenue processes, analytics, and the RevOps stack. It develops segment and account prioritization, coverage and capacity plans, and diagnoses funnel performance. It also builds systems, workflows, automations, reporting, and sales documentation that support predictable execution and scale across the revenue lifecycle. The ideal candidate has substantial Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy and Operations experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. They are comfortable partnering with senior leaders, solving ambiguous analytical problems, building processes from scratch, and using AI tools to accelerate their work. The position is listed as San Francisco, hybrid, and full-time.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, or an equivalent function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leaders; ideally in an Enterprise or complex sales motion with longer cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge views respectfully, use data in discussions, and drive alignment.
  • Ability to build documented, repeatable processes and data standards that support a trusted single source of truth across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Experience designing territory, quota, capacity, and compensation models that can flex with growth, and aligning teams across new business, expansion, and renewal handoffs.
  • Experience designing and running operating cadences such as weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working through ambiguous problems with limited precedent and developing data-tested recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with senior Sales, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience owning process or system rollouts from initial design through adoption and ongoing operation.
  • Understanding of large, multi-threaded, longer-cycle Enterprise deals and where they can stall.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, automations, or agentic workflows and a point of view on AI’s impact on RevOps and forecasting.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to ship an initial solution and iterate.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in management consulting, finance, or another structured analytical function.
  • Experience at a company growing at least 2x annually, where the operating model is frequently rebuilt.
  • Enterprise sales motion experience; identified as a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership and define and drive strategic initiatives, including developing approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas.
  • Own the Enterprise operating cadence, including pipeline generation strategy, coverage and capacity planning, and supporting systems and reporting.
  • Own Enterprise forecasting, including weekly roll-ups, commit and best-case categorization, deal-level inspection, and forecast narratives with segment leaders.
  • Track forecast accuracy, diagnose changes in the forecast, and improve forecasting methods.
  • Diagnose Enterprise revenue process gaps, prioritize fixes by revenue impact, implement them, and measure adoption and outcomes.
  • Maintain the operational health of Enterprise pipeline, including stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene standards, inspection cadence, and deal review preparation.
  • Translate GTM strategy into system workflows, automations, fields, properties, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and segment performance discussions.
  • Analyze pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win rates, sales cycle trends, and other measures of segment performance.
  • Own and maintain the Enterprise sales playbook, coordinating process and system updates and partnering with Enablement on rollouts.
  • Lead end-to-end rollouts of processes, tools, and GTM motions in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk.
  • Design territory, quota, capacity, and compensation models that can adapt to company growth, and align functions on shared definitions and handoffs across new business, expansion, and renewal.
