$90,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

9fin is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join their growing US team. This role will support commercial teams by ensuring clarity in the deal cycle, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce. The specialist will act as a point of contact for Sales, assisting with opportunities, quotes, renewals, amendments, and unusual scenarios. They will also be responsible for keeping commercial data clean and reliable in Salesforce, identifying and merging duplicates, and ensuring accurate account hierarchies. Beyond daily support, the role involves identifying patterns in Sales requests to drive process, tooling, and enablement improvements. This is a hands-on position with potential for growth into analytical and strategic work, including reporting, systems projects, and cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with a foundation in RevOps or Sales Operations who enjoys close collaboration with the commercial team and aims to become a well-rounded Revenue Operations professional.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial operations role, ideally within a SaaS business.
  • Experience supporting sales processes such as opportunity management, quoting, renewals, amendments, and deal execution.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with the confidence to navigate tools and investigate issues independently.
  • A good understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and commercial deal structures.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working independently within established processes and knowing when to escalate.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including opportunities, quoting, renewals, amendments, approvals, and deal support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Sales on operational questions, helping troubleshoot process and tooling issues and escalating where needed.
  • Review opportunities, quotes, and deal structures for accuracy and completeness.
  • Help maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce — identify and merge duplicate accounts and contacts, ensure correct account hierarchies, and contribute to validation rules, processes and enablement that prevent these issues at source.
  • Apply a strong understanding of SaaS commercial concepts and metrics, including ARR, renewals, expansions, contractions, and deal deltas.
  • Help running ad hoc reporting and analysis for the sales team
  • Support standard and non-standard commercial scenarios using established processes and approval frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and the wider Revenue Operations team to help deals move efficiently.
