Requirements

  • 2-3 years hands-on experience in Revenue or GTM Operations
  • Deep HubSpot expertise, including workflows, reporting, integrations, automation, and campaign management.
  • Experience working in an SMB SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrating AI into processes and automations.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate up and down the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Base44, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for Sales and CS, resolving and routing day-to-day CRM requests while spotting the patterns that tell you what's really breaking.
  • Investigate recurring bugs and process gaps to find the root cause, then proactively fix them and roll out improvements that make the GTM engine run better.
  • Keep pipeline, lifecycle, and deal data clean through routine checks, deduplication, and validation, so the team can trust the numbers.
  • Own the lead routing, onboarding, and retention workflows that Sales and CS rely on to hit their numbers, keeping the engine running so reps can focus on customers.
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives the team and leadership a clear, trusted view of performance.
  • Turn manual, repetitive work across sales, onboarding, and retention into automations that run reliably at scale.
  • Partner closely with Sales, CS, and RevOps, growing over time into more strategic RevOps work.
