About The Position

Peec AI is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep its revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time as the sales team scales across Berlin and New York. The company’s sales motion combines product-led signups with outbound, and reliable HubSpot data supports forecasts, pipeline reviews, and lead routing. The specialist will own the hands-on day-to-day operations layer, including HubSpot administration, reporting and dashboards, and reducing manual administrative work for the go-to-market team. This is an early-career RevOps role with opportunities to learn in a fast-growing company. The position reports to the CRO and works daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. It is based on-site in Peec AI’s New York office, with five days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including building workflows, reports, and properties.
  • Strong attention to detail with data and the ability to investigate discrepancies.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to push back on messy processes with sales representatives and leaders.
  • Curiosity about AI tooling and interest in automating repetitive work.
  • Based in New York or ready to relocate, and willing to work in the office five days a week.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications, such as Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting.
  • Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
  • Some SQL experience for querying data independently.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling startup or with a product-led sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HubSpot data quality, including properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicate records, and related hygiene standards.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls.
  • Manage lead routing and assignment rules for inbound leads, product signups, and outbound activity.
  • Build HubSpot workflows and automations to reduce manual work for AEs and SDRs.
  • Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance.
  • Onboard new go-to-market hires on HubSpot and related tools, and keep process documentation current.
  • Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and identify recurring issues that should be fixed more systematically.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Regular team events and off-sites.
  • Collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York.
  • Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership while building the US team in New York.
