This role acts as a strategic support function—translating Sales leadership priorities into structured workflows, systems, and operational execution across inside sales support, pipeline operations, demonstrations, events, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational rigor, systems thinking, and the ability to implement scalable workflows while supporting pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, customer engagement coordination, and pre-sale operational execution.
