About The Position

The Revenue Operations Lead, West sits on the GTM Strategy & Operations Team and owns the operating system for growth across the West region. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and the GTM Engineer to turn account intelligence, intent, competitive activity, event engagement, and product signals into coordinated plays that create and accelerate pipeline. The position combines strategy and execution, including building regional account plans and conversion models, launching automated campaigns, briefing sellers for events, and improving systems that route signals to the right people. It is suited to a launch-and-scale operator who has led complex cross-functional programs, built the operating systems behind them, and applied analytical and operational rigor to growth. The role can be fully remote. There is a strong preference for someone based in San Francisco who is willing to work from company headquarters a few days each week.
