As our first Revenue Operations hire, you will build and run the operational backbone of Forus' go-to-market engine. Forus is scaling provider acquisition fast - a growing BDR and Growth Associate team, more pipeline every quarter, and an expanding set of specialty verticals - and all of it sits on top of systems, data, and processes that need a dedicated owner. You will own our HubSpot architecture, the reporting and dashboards leadership actually trusts, and the forecasting and planning cadence that keeps the team pointed at the right number. You'll work hand in hand with the Growth team and have significant exposure to company leadership - and because you're standing the function up from the ground floor, you'll have real room to grow your scope and depth as it scales. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.
