About The Position

Propel is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to scale revenue operations for a profitable marketplace. This is a high-visibility role on the Marketplace Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations. The ideal candidate will move fast, think strategically, and provide proactive support to senior leaders. The role involves embedding AI into the tech stack, surfacing insights for decision-making, and partnering with Customer Success and Business Development teams. The candidate will stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a high standard of work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams (Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, BizOps, etc.).
  • Experience at a growth-stage company (50-200 employees) strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable as a primary admin of Salesforce, including building, maintaining, and improving the instance.
  • Knowledge and curiosity for other GTM tools.
  • Proactively explore and utilize AI tools to improve team workflows and GTM processes.
  • Take a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis, frame questions effectively, and deliver findings with clear logic and a point of view.
  • Produce self-explanatory, well-structured, and audience-appropriate documentation.
  • Comfortable prioritizing in an ambiguous environment and quickly learning new tools and contexts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ads, ad tech, or performance marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM tech stack: Serve as the primary Salesforce admin and manage the suite of tools used by Sales and CS, ensuring data integrity, driving adoption, and identifying new tools (including AI-powered ones) to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Drive analytical rigor: Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis to diagnose performance gaps, build dashboards to highlight key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Power GTM planning: Lead compensation planning and goal-setting in collaboration with Sales, CS, and the GM to support growth milestones.
  • Enable the team: Develop and implement effective processes, standardize workflows across BD and CS, and establish AI usage guidelines to ensure consistency and prevent fragmentation.
