LiveBarn is looking for a Revenue Operations & HubSpot Lead to join our evolving and fast-paced organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot and related operational systems across the company, helping centralize workflows, improve operational consistency, drive automation, and support long-term scalability across multiple business functions. We are looking for a highly organized and operationally minded systems operator who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, solving cross-functional challenges, and helping build scalable operational infrastructure in a fast-moving growth environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, HubSpot Administration, Business Systems, CRM Operations, or related operational roles
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot administration and optimization experience
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and scalable operational processes
  • Strong process mapping, operational documentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Curiosity around AI, automation technologies, and operational scalability
  • Builder mentality with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting integrations, migrations, or operational consolidation initiatives is considered a strong asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset (English required to support and service out-of-province clients)
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Strong hands-on experience with some or all of the following: HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Operations Hub, workflow automation tools, CRM and operational reporting, process documentation and systems governance, data management and operational hygiene practices, AI and automation tools, cross-functional operational support within SaaS or technology environments, and integration platforms and operational systems ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of HubSpot across the organization
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, automations, and operational processes across multiple departments
  • Support and improve workflows across Sales, Venue Relations, Customer Success, Subscriber Support, Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, and Operational Reporting
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions
  • Standardize operational processes, data structures, naming conventions, and reporting practices
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational visibility tools
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and other internal business systems
  • Implement new HubSpot functionality, automation capabilities, and AI-driven operational improvements
  • Assist with onboarding acquired businesses into LiveBarn’s operational systems ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve organizational alignment, efficiency, and scalability
  • Help establish operational discipline, governance, and long-term process consistency across teams
